Assessments & Admissions

Curate has developed a comprehensive assessment framework to ensure that we can determine a patient’s needs and compatibility prior to admission to one of our services.

This is based around a “Needs Led” Assessment Programme Incorporating:

* A Direct Interview with Patient’s, their Family / Advocate, Social and Healthcare Professionals, Care Managers and Commissioners
* A Comprehensive Review of the Patient’s Health, Psychiatric and Medical Reports
* An Initial Treatment Plan and Breakdown of Costs
* A Pre-admission Support and Treatment Programme

Throughout this process our Multi Disciplinary Team will work in Partnership with Patients and Stakeholders

Emergency Transfers

Emergency transfers are sometimes necessary to ensure the safety and wellbeing of patients. Curate has the appropriate resources to support emergency transfers.
