Meadow View is a 10 acre development site located in North Lincolnshire, 12 miles north of Lincoln and 10 miles east of Gainsborough. The site has previously been used for care purposes and has planning permission for a Residential Mental Healthcare facility.

The site also has a converted single storey property with suitable day care recreational facilities, as well as other ancillary accommodation. The accommodation and spare space on the site allows for further development of care services. A number of schemes which would complement the proposed development are under consideration by Curate for implementation at a later stage.

The scheme is to develop a purpose built facility to accommodate 28 patients. There will be generous provision for clinical, administrative and staff accommodation.

The building is innovative in design and has been developed in close consultation with local commissioners, purchasers and clinicians.

It is being constructed as four seven-bed wings as this allows for a highly focused and specialised service to be provided which meets the requirements of current policy and guidelines. The accommodation will comprise single bedrooms with en–suite facilities and appropriate communal space. The patients will have access to secure recreational space within the grounds of the site.

The individual units mean that patients can be accommodated and treated discretely based on:
