Tom Owen is the Hospital Director of Harts Leap Independent Hospital.

Tom is a highly experienced healthcare manager with considerable experience and expertise in ensuring the delivery of high quality mental health services both in the NHS and Independent Sector.

Tom is supported by a multidisciplinary team including:

The multi-disciplinary team are supported by many experienced staff including ward managers, registered mental health nurses, registered general nurses, occupational therapy assistants who are all located full time at Harts
Leap.

In addition to the competent and experienced team, there is also additional support from our group management team including our Specialist Services Director, Group Regulations Manager, Group Quality Assurance Manager and Group Training Manager. Staff welfare, supervision and training form an on-going process in order to provide the best possible care. The hospital is committed to on-going staff development and training programme, which is reinforced by our clinical governance structure and strategy.
